Amy Nguyen is a seasoned commercial and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, expanding market presence, and building trusted partnerships across the clinical research and life sciences industries.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Everest, Amy leads the company’s global commercial strategy, supporting clients from the earliest stages of engagement through long-term partnership. She focuses on aligning Everest’s biometrics and full-service capabilities with the evolving needs of biotech and pharmaceutical organizations, helping them address complex clinical research challenges with Everest’s flexible, high-quality teams and solutions.

Throughout her career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, business planning and strategy, competitive and trend analysis, and complex negotiation. She has a strong record of delivering multimillion-dollar growth, expanding market presence, and leading global sales and business development functions across the globe.

Prior to joining Everest, Amy served as Vice President of Global Business Development and Client Management at CTI Clinical Trials and Consulting, where she led global commercial operations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. She was responsible for business planning and strategy, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and client engagement initiatives that supported significant revenue growth and strengthened long-term client relationships.

Amy has also held senior commercial leadership roles at Catalyst Clinical Research, GreenLight Clinical, and InnoPharma International, where she consistently expanded market presence, built and mentored global teams, and implemented scalable commercial frameworks to support sustained growth. Across these roles, she has helped organizations strengthen their positioning in both established and emerging therapeutic areas.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
