Heather Kopetskie has nearly 20 years of experience as a biostatistician and biometrics leader, with deep expertise in managing global teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering high-quality statistical and programming support for clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
Before joining Everest, Heather held senior leadership roles at Rho, where she led biostatistics and programming functions, launched a European biometrics office, and drove enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance inspection readiness, governance, and staff development. She has served as the lead statistical consultant on trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including respiratory, neurology, oncology and infectious disease.
Heather is widely published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at numerous industry conferences on data standards, leadership, and the evolving complexity of biometrics in clinical research.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Shippensburg University.
